What is covered?
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Products that stop working under normal use within the warranty period.
- Repair or replacement with genuine parts at the authorised service center.
- Replacement products carry the remaining warranty period.
Not covered
- Physical damage, cracks, burns or broken parts.
- Water or liquid damage.
- Misuse, wrong charger or voltage, or normal wear and tear.
- Products opened or repaired by an unauthorised person, or without a valid warranty card or receipt.

How to make a warranty claim
Always keep your warranty card and purchase receipt safe. They are required for every warranty claim.

কী কী কভার করে?
কভার করে
- উপাদান বা নির্মাণের উৎপাদনগত ত্রুটি।
- ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদে স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে প্রোডাক্ট কাজ করা বন্ধ করলে।
- অনুমোদিত সার্ভিস সেন্টারে আসল যন্ত্রাংশ দিয়ে মেরামত বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট।
- রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রোডাক্টে আগের ওয়ারেন্টির বাকি মেয়াদ প্রযোজ্য।
কভার করে না
- শারীরিক ক্ষতি, ফাটল, পুড়ে যাওয়া বা ভাঙা অংশ।
- পানি বা তরলে নষ্ট হওয়া।
- অপব্যবহার, ভুল চার্জার বা ভোল্টেজ, অথবা স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়।
- অননুমোদিত কেউ খুললে বা মেরামত করলে, অথবা বৈধ ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড বা রসিদ না থাকলে।

কীভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করবেন
ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড ও ক্রয়ের রসিদ সবসময় যত্ন করে রাখুন। প্রতিটি ক্লেইমের জন্য এগুলো লাগবে।

আইটেক স্মার্ট সাপোর্টে কল বা ইমেইল করে সমস্যার কথা জানান।
